48 Hour Candle By The Hour Beeswax Candle - Horizontal

Turns out, candlelight has been keeping track of time for centuries. Inspired by traditional 17th-century courting candles, this spiral beeswax design uses a patented metal clip to control burn time, automatically extinguishing the flame when it reaches the clip.

Made from 100% natural beeswax, the pliable coiled candle feeds through the clip in small sections, with roughly 3 inches providing about an hour of burn time. Beeswax candles are known for having the brightest and purest light of any candle type, which can reduce eye strain and help with headaches—and also burn clean, without the toxicity that petroleum-based paraffin candles emit. Sure to be a conversation starter, the horizontal coppertone stand gives the sculptural design a lower, wider profile, while the full coiled candle offers approximately 48 hours of clean, pure glow.
