The base station reports indoor and outdoor temperature, humidity and wind speed. It also displays an indoor comfort monitor, dew point, heat index with customizable alerts and 12-24 hour future forecasts with daily high and low. The 3-in-1 outdoor sensor transmits updates every 18 seconds and has a wireless range of up to 330'.
The base station operates on the included 5V power adapter but requires three AAA batteries for the optional backup function. The outdoor sensor requires four AA batteries. No batteries included.
