Handcrafted from new and recycled metal by Balinese artisans, this bright and cheerful Wreath features a mix of yellow daisies, white cotton flowers and a vibrant bluebird. The bright yellow of the daisies, the puffy white cotton bolls and the brilliant bluebird make for a dazzling decoration for indoor or outdoor doors and walls.
Technically speaking, cotton is not actually a flower and is, in fact, more akin to a dandelion. Its growth process starts off much like a flower does with a bud appearing sometime within the first 35 days. After about 100 days, cotton bolls begin to fill and open up where the flower buds once were. Each boll contains about 32 immature seeds from which cotton fibers will begin to grow.
Flower or not, we think the bright white of the cotton boll makes an excellent partner for the sunshine-like daisies and guarantee that this wreath will bring joy to all who behold it.
