This version of St. Nicholas has come from a winter woodland, as evidenced by his reindeer staff and fur hat and coat. Instead of red, he wears gold, making him look less jolly and more like North Pole royalty.

The statue is made of resin and includes marvelous detailing. Santa Claus's long, white beard has lifelike waves and his posture makes him look like he is about to bellow out a hearty hello to all the woodland folk who are certainly on the Nice List.
