The auto-dimming, backlit LCD screen displays indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity in bright, easy to read numerals and also displays the current date, time and barometric pressure with trend arrows for readings to show you how conditions have been changing. The base station has a 5V power adaptor with optional backup via three AAA batteries. The remote temperature and humidity sensor has a wireless range up to 330 feet and updates data every 16 seconds.
