The Hi-Res Animated Color Weather Station from La Crosse Technology® takes visual weather forecast display to the next level. This state-of-the-art weather station utilizes innovative Thin-Film-Transistor (TFT) liquid-crystal technology to provide a clear, high resolution display. Forecasts and current conditions are available at the touch of a button as you choose from four display options—Forecast, Indoor, Outdoor and Comfort—each with its own set of related weather data.

The Forecast screen displays outdoor data and trends, along with a photo-realistic image representing the current conditions. The house icon also keeps you updated on interior conditions. The display changes from night to day, and the illustrated tree beside the house changes its foliage with the seasons.

The Indoor and Outdoor display options are data-driven, displaying all the key numbers and trends for either the indoor or outdoor environment. The Comfort display shows key indoor and outdoor data along with a helpful graphic recommending opened or closed windows.

The indoor display operates on an included AC adapter, and the outdoor sensor requires two AA batteries (not included). The wireless range for the sensor is approximately 300 feet.
