Standard shipping and handling charges are based on the total price of merchandise shipped to each delivery address within the 48 contiguous states. Standard Ground Service requires 5-7 business days.
Add $8.99 extra per delivery address to upgrade to Express Service. Your order is guaranteed to arrive in four business days after it ships from our distribution center or we'll promptly refund both your regular shipping charges and the cost of our Express Service. This service applies to orders of in-stock merchandise under 20 lbs. for delivery in the contiguous U.S. Express Service not available on items already requiring an additional shipping surcharge. Some of our large or heavy items are shipped via motor freight carrier. Carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Standard freight delivery policy provides only curbside delivery. It may be helpful to have assistance available when your merchandise is delivered. Additional delivery charges may be incurred if you require the driver's assistance.
The carrier will require that you accept and sign for the shipment. Please carefully inspect the packages you receive. If your order appears damaged, describe the damages on the delivery receipt. You may refuse the delivery if you discover any damage.

Our premium service, noted in the copy of selected furniture pieces, includes delivery to the room you specify, where the piece is unboxed and all packing materials are taken away. The service is included in the additional shipping cost of these items. White Glove Delivery is not available outside the contiguous United States.
Please note that shipping charges are estimated and do not take into account multiple, oversized packages. We estimate shipping costs in order to keep shipping costs as minimal as possible. Actual shipping charges will be calculated and added when your order is processed. If there is a significant increase in shipping your order will be held and you will be contacted by our Customer Service. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Delivery time estimates do not apply to personalized, large or heavy items (over 20lbs.) that require special shipping, items shipped directly from the manufacturer, or out-of-stock items.
Delivery estimates only apply to the contiguous United States. Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days for these estimated transit days.
