Checking the Status of Your Order
Please keep your order confirmation number. You will need it in the event you wish to cancel or check the status of your order.

If your order has not already been shipped, we can cancel it. To do so, please contact us immediately at 1-800-922-9463. If your order has already been shipped we will be unable to cancel it.

How to Return Merchandise
When returning merchandise - please follow these easy steps:

1. Complete the top portion of your packing slip;
2. Enclose the return packing slip and any other related correspondence with the item you are returning;
3. Repack item(s) with the original packing materials whenever possible;
4. Please send your return, securely wrapped, prepaid and insured via United States Postal Service or UPS to:

Damaged or Defective?

If you receive an item that's damaged or defective or is not the item you ordered, save the box and all the packing material and contact us. We'll give you instructions on how to proceed. Please call Customer Service at (877)-255-3700 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Eastern time Monday through Friday.
