If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with a product you have purchased from us, you may return it for exchange or refund.

What if I receive my order and it's broken, not what I expected, or I just can't get it to work?

Please give us a call or email us. We'll be glad to help you solve any problem with your purchase. We have technical support here for all our products, and we can often clear up a problem over the phone.

How do I return or exchange something?

To return one of our products, carefully repackage the item (including all paperwork and product instructions) using the original packing materials whenever possible. Be sure to insure the product for its full value with UPS, U.S. Postal Service, or other carrier and send it to us:

A refund for the product's price is given on merchandise returned in new condition. A partial credit or restocking fee may apply on items received in used condition. If you are returning an item due to an error on our part, we will also refund the shipping and handling charge.
