Fabulously fragrant, this set of 12 Peruvian Daffodil Bulbs are native to South America and easy to grow. Striking in the garden or in a container, this white wildflower is a summer bloomer, with each bulb sending up as many as five clusters of intricate, spidery white flowers, hence its common name "spider lily." Each charming flower has a pale green stripe, a subtle, spicy scent and sits beautifully on a leafless stem. Peruvian daffodils can be left in the ground year-round in U.S. agriculture zones 8 through 10. They can tolerate a light frost, but in cooler climates with frosty winters, dig the bulbs shortly before the first autumn freeze. Please plant April through May, in full evening sun, 5" deep, 8" apart or 1 bulb in a 5-inch pot. Includes twelve 4" bulbs.
