Comments about Product: Chime was a nice chime but order process was labored.I used an alternate shipping address ,as I have many times with other vendors, since this was to be a surprise gift. When I got the conformation message me mailing address had been changed to my shipping address. An immediate call assured me all was corrected but item was shipped to my mail address. Lucky I was here to intercept the package as it was delivered. Just follow the order form instructions.

Comments about Product: This product is hanging on my porch at the moment. In the spring it will go on one of the trees in my yard. The chimes are so relaxing to listen to. I can't wait till I can sit on my porch or in the yard and hear the lovely symphony of sound.

Comments about Product: Chimes are pleasant and copper colored metal is attractive but the red wood is not. Should be a natural color.

Very happy with this wind chime
Comments about Product: I like to keep my chimes under roof to protect the wooden parts from the rain. I imagine those parts would deteriorate, fade, and dry out over time if left out in the elements, but I'm not sure.
