Cute, but disappointing due to design change.
Comments about Product: A couple of weeks ago I ordered this elephant spinner as it is shown on the video as at that time it was shown this way on the web sight and catalogue, baby following the mother. When it arrived it was like the one shown here, mother and baby elephant face to face and it is not as cute, so I talked to Customer Service and they had me return it and said they would send a replacement. I E. Mailed them to confirm this and stressed to make sure it was like the one I ordered. When it arrived it was just like the one in this photo the same as the one I returned. I was really very disappointed and called Customer Service again. The were very nice and helpful and gave me a choice of returning it and getting a credit. I asked if I could sleep on it and make a decision the next day. They agreed and this I did and decided to keep the spinner as I love elephants having ridden one in Thailand and seen a baby elephant 11 hours after birth. I am not blaming this company it is the manufacturer who is at fault and I cannot understand why they changed the design.
