I got this as a gift for my dad. He was having a bad morning, but his face lit up when he saw it. I like how easy it was to put together, it feels sturdy, and looks great just about anywhere. Overall, very worth every penny.

Even more lovely than pictured!

This product is even more lovely than the first one I bought 10 years ago. I love the black iron around the glass as it adds more contrast and texture to the piece. Would highly recommend it to others and will probably purchase more as gifts in the future.

Beautiful until the color fades to clear

I loved this so much, I ordered one for me & one as a gift. The one in my yard was put up in late September, taken down for cold weather & just nicely put back up. We have noticed that the liquid in many of the balls has drastically faded, and a couple of them are now completely clear. It was pretty while it lasted, but soon will be a very boring clear thermometer. I would probably not purchase again.

This makes a perfect gift -- There are lots of people that haven't heardf of them. Very unique.

only pretty in the beginning

Looked very pretty in the beginning. However after a couple of months the color of the fluid started to fade. One year later the fluid inside the balls is completely clear like water. Wish the class balls were colored instead of the fluid inside.
