I also was so disappointed to find that that bulbs are orange when lit. I do not think the customer who is ordering White Replacement bulbs is going to get what she wants. She will get orange-color bulbs in a white plastic base, to match the white colored candle. I Love the candle holders and the look of the candles, but unless you want these for Halloween, I wouldn't order them.
Need to offer white bulbs on 1st order!

I love almost everything about these candles. They look wonderful (unlit) and were very simple to set up. The only thing I really don't like is the orangy color of the bulb when turned on. I am ordering the white replacement bulbs and hope that takes care of this problem. However, it's expensive to have to buy more bulbs. The white bulbs should be offered when buying the candles in the first place.
