Compare current temperatures with recent minimum and maximum historical readings with our Wireless Temperature Station by La Crosse Technology. The station monitors the indoor and outdoor temperatures while it also tracks both environments’ minimum and maximum temperatures.
The temperature station’s receiver features a black plastic frame equipped with a hanging hole for wall mounting as well as a detachable stand for upright tabletop display. On the receiver’s easy-to-read LCD screen, the temperature station relates the time, the current indoor temperature with minimum and maximum readings, and the current outdoor temperature with minimum and maximum readings; temperatures are given in Fahrenheit to the tenth of a degree. The temperature station evaluates outdoor temperatures ranging from -39.8 to +139.8 degrees F and indoor temperatures from 14.2 to 139.8 degrees F. The screen also features a PM notification and two low battery icons to indicate the need to change either the receiver or remote sensor batteries. Using the two function buttons, the user manually sets the time and resets the minimum and maximum recordings. The provided remote transmitter sends outdoor temperatures from up to 200 feet away. For accurate readings, install the transmitter out of direct rain or sunlight with the provided mounting bracket. Only one transmitter works with this station. To power the station, the separate purchase of two AAA and two AA batteries is required. This item is covered by a limited one-year warranty.
