Comments about Product: I received the gingko leaf spinner as a gift; it worked exactly as it's supposed to and is delightful to watch. However, the shaft tended to unscrew itself, and over time the threads holding it together became stripped. The shaft then wouldn't stand up straight. Fortunately, the inside diameter will accommodate a piece of rebar, and that's what holds it straight now.
Comments about Product: Despite replacing one whole side of the spinner, only one side still spins when we have wind. I've followed all the advice given by customer service to loosen screws, lubricate the spinner, etc to no avail. Very disappointing. It's pretty, but not very functional.
Comments about Product: Looks great in my yard. Only problem was I had to buy new screws because the ones they sent didn't were too small and there were no washers. Luckily, my husband had some of those and it was easy to put together.
Comments about Product: The metal spinner is a great addition to our yard we have it by an aspen and water fall. It functions as a piece of metal art and its movement in the wind is very interesting to watch. It is not distracting to the eye and adds a richness to the yard.I would recommend this product, as a way to add layers of interest to a beautiful yard. We love it. Claire and Scott
Comments about Product: It is beautiful although much larger than I had expected. Even though it is situated in an open area, it doesn't spin when the deciduous trees around are blowing in the breeze-- maybe a weak rotation at best. Nonetheless it is stunning to look at. Perhaps if I removed one of the connecting rods, it would be more responsive - I'll try that.
