An exotic and mesmerizing wind sculpture, our Illuminarie Two-Tiered Pagosa Spinner, is just as decorative as it is functional. This steel kinetic yard art features "banana peel" rotors that spin opposite each other in the breeze around an elliptical, glow-in-the-dark glass globe. This strikingly beautiful globe contains luminescent crystals that absorb the sun's energy by day and release the energy at night. A stunning focal point for any landscape setting. Metal yard stake included.

Comments about Product: Product spins top and bottom in the same direction. The design created the illusion its spinning in opposite direction. Its hard to take your eyes off it. Wind has to hit from the right direction before it spins. Bulb on top does not illuminate not a problem do not intend to attempt to watch a night anyway. Completely satisfied with my purchase.
Comments about Product: I kept this spinner because it was beautiful. However, the globe did not light up at night and sits crookedly. Also, the blades do not spin in opposite directions as the descriptions states. I brought these flaws to the attention of Wind and Weather but received no reply.
