This is a unique and beautiful item, which I bought as a Christmas gift, (so I don't yet know how the intended recipient liked it), but I love it! It is basically a 3 dimensional sun catcher, and it is very pretty. However, you do need to know that it is silver in color, not gold as shown in the catalog photo, and because it is stained glass, it is made with lead solder. That being said, I do wish it came with a tag with the catalog description on it, explaining how it is crafted in the USA, instead of (or in addition to) the one that it does come with, which informs us that the State of CA has determined that lead causes cancer, birth defects, etc. and therefore you should not put it in your mouth....

This is a beautiful piece of art! I bought it as a gift but wished I had bought it for myself, which I will soon! The colors in the glass are just stunning and it's disign flawless. A beautiful addition to any home!
