Outstanding for those little ones!
Comments about Product: Gave these to my two grandsons and granddaughter. They're just thrilled with knowing what the weather is like inside and outside, especially with how they need to dress for that day. When I visit them they give me the current weather conditions without asking.
Great learning tool that's fun for young children! Their ages 11, 9, and 4.
Comments about Product: My daughter received this weather station as a birthday gift. I referred to it all the time. Less than 2 years after she received it, the outside temp stopped being displayed. Called customer service for help and they said to change batteries and try again. Did that, and still no outside temp., which of course is the most imporatant aspect of this device! I'm disappointed it only lasted 2 years.
Comments about Product: My granddaughter really does check the temperature and leaves it in a prominent place so she can see it! She was frustrated, however, that the time change this Spring didn't occur automatically. Since the weather station is radio-controlled, it would seem as though the time change would have been reflected. Overall, though, this is a good learning tool for kids.
Comments about Product: It was a gift for a child. Good learning tool. However, unreliable for the outside temp and icon dressing feature. That portion would lose configuration and could not reprogram.
Comments about Product: I bought one for my grandson and my granddaughter. They both loved them and they say the betteries are still the original ones. I have a different brand in my second grade classroom and the batteries only last a month at a time. The grandkids love the way the figures change clothes to gowith the weather. They call me often to tell me what the weather person is wearing. The parents love them too. They are often sneaking in the kid's room to see what the weather is. It's a great gift for any age.
Comments about Product: Santa brought her weather station to my daughter...she enjoyed helping me get it set up...now each morning she loves checking out the attire on the little girl to decide what to wear...great educational and useful device!
Comments about Product: I like it soooooooooooo much!!!! It's very nice to know what the temperature is inside and outside. All readings appear accurate. When I knocked it off my night stand it lost the readings and we had to reset the batteries in the unit and the sending unit which was a bit of a hassel. Otherwise, no problems!
Comments about Product: I have bought 4 of these -for my grandkids, neighbors children & niece. Thier parents think it is the best thing, when trying to get the children to dress properly for the weather. The children will look at the little figure & try to copy thier dress.
Comments about Product: Your review is to broad in its scope. I bought this item for my 2 yr old grandson so he could begin to see how weather works, with the animated figure changing clothes. Your review does not really have questions for this type product. Maybe just have the individual write a review in essay form to describe how the child is viewing this product and paying attention rather than trying to match comments with a radio button.
