I wanted to drop you a quick note to say thank you for the quick delivery of the garden topiary. I arrived yesterday in perfect condition - and I love it! As a person who has written several complaint letters over the years (to OTHER merchants!) I think it is only fair that I write one to let you know how pleased I am with your products. Most recently we ordered two personalized crocks for my husband's grandmother and for his parents. The spelling was correct and they certainly exceeded our expectations! They are beautiful and well made and look much nicer than the picture that appears on your web site.
