I use one in my office and one at home. They register different temperatures, but they are close. My main concern is the difficulty to set it up. One is still on military time because I gave up trying to reset it. Love the company; selection, delivery, service.

This is such a good , easy, and accurate product that I bought one as a gift for my in-laws!
Not too complicated, and just enough information. The weather predictions are usually correct!
Hint: if you put the batteries in the sensor and the base unit at the same time it works best. The atomic clock will catch up and set the date and time automatically. Very nice for setting your clocks and day light savings time.

It was a gift for a technology challenged friend. She had no trouble setting it up and has expressed her appreciation many times for the good looking unit - loved the cherry wood.

Had one that we purchased years ago when you had a store in Ft. Bragg, CA. After many years of use it finally needed replaced. We think it is good value.

Really like the ability to have sensors in multiple areas, inside and out. It's compact enough that it takes very little space but large enough to easily read.

I own a Davis Vantage Pro weather station and got this wireless forecast station for my desk in my office. It works very well and gives outside temperature readings very close to the professional Vantage Pro station. I bought two additional remote sensors and put one in our garage and another in our machine shed about 200 feet west of our house. The wireless forecast station gets all three signals consistently. I recommend using Energizer Lithium AA batteries in the remotes to assure adequate power in temperature extremes. Our remotes were still reading and transmitting properly down to about 2 degrees F.

My elderly father is unable to be outside but is still an armchair farmer. He looks at the Forecast Station several times a day to know what it feels like outside. This has given him a "feel" for the outdoors he misses so much.

This product is great because when it's cold I seem to always need to know what the temperature outside is. The forecasting is pretty good.

A very good purchase. This is my second purchase of a La Crosse Technology product. Already have a camera battery charger from La Crosse.

Every time the temperature goes below 20F the remote sensor stops receiving a signal. You have to take the base unit and place it very close to the remote and in a few days the information will be displayed. It is quite finicky about the placement of the remote. Other than that it gives just about all the information you could want.

I like the weather station, but the external temperature sensor is not particularly robust. It simply stops working (it is not a battery problem - fresh batteries do not fix the problem.) I have to replace the sensor about every 18-24 months.
