I have a niche over my fire place that measures about 3ft tall by 4ft wide by 3.5ft deep. I have been looking for a good sized plant to take up some of that space for quite some time and this plant is perfect. It is large enough that it doesn't look like the space is still so huge. I liked it so much I ordered a 2nd one for my hallway. Would also look great in an empty corner. It has an interesting smell, somewhat like pine but not quite. It is not overwhelming to me. Lovely dark green color and very dense foliage. Not at all like some faux plants I have purchased that are obviously fake. The only small complaint is you have to provide your own decorative pot/planter, which is not a big problem to me.
