The website pictures show the colors in the wings to be bright blue, yellow etc. In reality, the one that showed up at my house did not have the pretty bright blue, which is what appealed to me the most.

I could not use it out of the box. Had to go about finding a 7 watt bulb that would fit the lamp. There is no mark or tag indicating that it is UL-tested or approved. I would be cautious leaving it on for any period of time.

This product will be a Christmas gift to a very dear friend. When I received it, I opened it to make sure it was a gift worth giving. To my surprise, it was even more than I could have hoped for. This will be lovely in an entry hall, on a hutch in a diningroom or a small table in a hallway, not to mention a bathroom. Have a missed a room?
