I bought this as a gift for my wife for her office. We were both disappointed when the pump would not connect to the fixture. Fortunately, I had a couple small hose clamps and a short bit of small diameter rubber hose, which got it running. I'd have given it 5 stars if it hadn't required that bit of intervention out of the box.

I like everything about my fountain, however I had to do a lot of adjusting to make this work I hope I did not break anything, may I suggest you not ship through the post office, the box was open I am sure the rocks were lost out of the opening. I suggest you ship with someone else. Had to buy rocks. I dont know if I will use you again, but I do like your items
