The original thermometer (a different mfr) had been a gift to my father 3 years ago. It had accuracy issues that got worse. I didn't really expect credit on an item that old but your customer service dept was wonderful. I was assured there was no problem returning the malfunctioning thermometer. I returned it and my dad chose a new one which he loves. It looks good, is accurate and easy to read. Two thumbs up for the product and especially for the friendly customer service reps.

I gave this as a gift to my 85-year-old father. Since the day it was installed, the thermometer readings have consistently been 10+ degrees higher than the actual temperature. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Total waste of money.

The thermometer is placed in a shaded area, 5' above ground and 6" from the wall. This is an ideal place for temperature taking. The readings on the thermometer is at least 8 degrees above the actual temperature. This is disappointing and a useless product.

I use it to tell me if I need another shirt on to go walk the dogs in the morning! It is an attractive thermometer and relatively easy to read.

Great to put outside bathroom window so you know what the temperture is every morning. Very accurate and easy to read.

Keep it outside the glass porch to check before sending youngsters out in the weather to catch the bus. Dress accordingly.
