Our Solar Powered Wireless Temperature Station and Sensor by La Crosse Technology receives wireless outdoor temperature from sensor and displays the information on LED screen. Solar cell powers the included 2 AA rechargeable alkaline batteries. If you prefer, the unit works with regular alkaline batteries with a flip of a switch. Stores solar power for continuous operation with a high-efficiency modern solar panel which maintains full charge with minimal light.
