This doggie water bottle is great, too bad the dog I gave it to resists using it. She has to be really, really thirsty before she consents to using it.
But I'd rather have it with us on a warm day during a hike than be without it.

This product has been great for our daily walks with our dog. George is very sensitive to heat, so having water that is easy to carry and easy for him to drink has been wonderful. He took right to licking the roller ball to get the water out. He loves it and knows it is his and asks for his drinks from it now.

This water bottle with the rollerball leaks and drips all over the place. Very messy. I would definitely not recommend buying this item.

When hiking with my dog, it was impossible to get her to drink any water. Since I bought the Dog Water Bottle, that is no longer a problem. She immediately became comfortable and drinks from the bottle and I no longer have to worry about her getting dehydrated.

No wasting of water or carrying around wet bowls in your pack with this little water bottle. My dog took to it with very little training and now uses it all of the time. The only downside is that it will leak when the ball isn't engaged in either closed or "lick" modes but once you get the hang of it, you'll be able to use it leak-free. I would recommend putting it in a cup holder when traveling in your car.

During the summer, I take long walks with the dogs. They need a drink along the way and the dispenser roller ball is just like they are used to at home in their backyard. Having the roller ball dispenser avoids spills and waste. I like the paw prints on the outside, so I can distinguish my water bottle from theirs.

I had my doubts whether my golden retrievers could get used to drinking from this bottle, but it seems a natural thing for them to use. Great product!

We have tried similar products but the plastic drinking part for dog was difficult to assemble. Our dog immediately drank from this water bottle. We go 4 wheeling in the Nevada desert a lot and take our dog. This product was perfect to clip to my belt so our dog Rocky could have a drink when needed.No water bottles and doggie travel collapsable bowls needed with this product.

Apollo, our 120 pound therapy trained dog goes with us quite frequently. Having fresh water handy isn't always easy. This bottle has solved that problem. Apollo took to it instanly, and just kept licking the ball at the end of the tube until he got his fill of water. The design allows for easy cleaning and filling of the bottle, and with the stainless steel interior, we don't have to worry about adverse effects of plastic. The only drawback I see is that it will drip as the dog is drinking which is fine for outdoor use, but you may need a towel under it for indoor use.

It is a fabulous idea behind this water bottle. Having fresh cold water for your pet when you are on the road comes in extremely handy. It would be even more handy that it didn't leak until the dog was using it then it would be understandable since they cannot get every drop, but it is a constant very noticeable leak.

We have an 11 month old Boxer whom we take with us everywhere. She learned to use this water bottle with no trouble. It keeps the car neat and when we go bicycle riding, this is the perfect solution to keeping her hydrated.

King, my coonhound mix, is so happy to have cool water always available on his walks. The ball that releases the water as he licks is neat and makes drinking so easy and natural. The colorful design gets smiles and comments.

I really liked this until I used it. I constantly dribbled water out of the cap. OK if it is always in an upright position, but not good if it is in the back seat and the thing falls on its side.

We have 4 American Bulldogs. We take all of them to our beach house every other weekend. Although it's only approx 2 hours away, it's always good to have this easy to use bottle in case any of them need a drink!

maybe it's just my dog but he doesn't seem to understand how to use the roller top. He usually guzzles water from a regular bottle so perhaps he needs more exposure and training in how to use it.
I think the idea is great...a less wasteful way for quenching a dog's thirst when exercising. And the reusable bottle makes it a "greener" option as well. However it just isn't working for us.
