California artisan Christopher Stiles created these majestic Saggar Fired Owls by using an alternative ceramic firing technique that takes place in a container within the kiln. When the owl is placed in the saggar, wood, sawdust and other materials are packed around the owl. Once it has been fired and removed from the saggar, the unique and individual markings of each owl are revealed. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
